"When my family and I moved here from San
Francisco, we quickly found that the fortune we thought we had made in
California didn't go far in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Housing inventory
was tight. New construction opportunities were limited. Interest rates were
rising. We were lucky that we found a top producing realtor . . . an angel in
disguise. She loved what she did because she enjoyed the process of listening
to people, learning what they really needed, and then networking within the
real estate community to find the property which would satisfy their
requirements. She found the home our family would live in for 20+ years from
another top agent--before it was formally listed for sale. She got us into that
house before anyone else--and we bought it on the spot

it's about solving a puzzle and making a match, by sorting through alternatives
that I have experienced on a personal level and guided others through. I
understand the challenge of relocating. I relocated here over 20 years ago.
Since then, I have personally sold and bought again during a period when land,
construction and renovation costs were escalating. When I was completing the
background questionnaire for the company that created this website, one of the
questions was, 'Why did you choose to be a real estate professional'? That
question was easy for me to answer. 'First, I enjoy working with people.
Second, I know how difficult it can be to sort through information and weigh
all the options before finally finding the right home.' People often move here
from areas where housing costs are lower, making the choices difficult.
